Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 15, 2026

Overview

Ficha ("the App") is a domino score tracking app that uses your device's camera and on-device machine learning to detect domino pips. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App does and does not collect.

Data We Do Not Collect

Ficha does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

Camera Usage

The App requests access to your device's camera solely to scan dominos for pip detection. Camera images are processed entirely on-device using a local machine learning model. No images or camera data are stored, uploaded, or transmitted off your device.

On-Device Processing

All machine learning inference runs locally on your device using TensorFlow Lite. No internet connection is required for the App's core functionality, and no data ever leaves your device.

Game Data

Team names, scores, and game history are stored locally on your device only. This data is not backed up to any external service and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any data from any user, including children under the age of 13. Because no personal information is collected, the App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
